Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative at Clean Verde, you will generate leads, educate potential customers about our services, and close sales to drive business growth. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the exterior cleaning industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of our exterior cleaning and maintenance
    services, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and effectiveness of our services.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move
    them through the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes, clearly outlining the scope of services, pricing, and terms.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales
    targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, such as brochures and
    presentations, to support sales efforts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate leads.
  • Maintained accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in home repair services or related industry.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and educate customers.
  • The results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and generate reports.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to travel within 45 miles as needed for client meetings, industry events, and
    networking opportunities.
