CORE DUTIES

Client Communication:

  • Provide stellar client assistance over the phone, ensuring queries are resolved and information is dispensed with utmost professionalism.
  • Tackle client concerns with a consistently friendly and professional attitude.

Operational Scheduling:

  • Strategically schedule exterior cleaning and maintenance appointments, aligning client needs with our operational capabilities.
  • Guarantee smooth, timely, and well-organized appointment setting.

Administrative Processing:

  • Accurately input and manage client estimates and service requests, ensuring meticulous record maintenance.
  • Oversee and organize essential paperwork, preparing it for easy access and review.

Staff Deployment:

  • Allocate technicians to sites, balancing location, service specifications, and personnel availability.
  • Equip our technicians with thorough job insights, ensuring they’re prepped with the right tools and information.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Uphold transparent and prompt communication lines with clients, field staff, and internal management.
  • Consistently update and report on job progress, schedule adherence, and customer observations.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable prowess in office administration or client-facing roles.
  • Stellar organizational acumen and multitasking prowess, capable of managing extensive calls and scheduling duties.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication talent, both orally and in writing.
  • A stickler for detail, precision, and systematic record management.
  • Agile and composed, even when priorities shift in a dynamic work setting.

Educational Background:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certificates in office administration are advantageous.

The Workspace:

This role is anchored in an office environment, and candidates should be comfortable working on a computer, having phone interactions, and dispatching.  

Operation Time:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
