Job Summary:

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician at Clean Verde, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of exterior cleaning services to enhance the appearance and value of our clients’ properties. Using our advanced equipment and cleaning methods, you will remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants from surfaces such as siding, roofs, decks, driveways, and fences. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in exterior cleaning, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, and surface restoration, according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Safely operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment, adjusting settings and techniques for different surfaces and levels of grime.
• Conduct thorough assessments of surfaces to identify any specific cleaning requirements or potential issues.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and treatments to effectively remove dirt, mold, mildew, and stains without causing damage.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations for the optimal cleaning approach.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning activities.
• Complete work orders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including before and after photos and any additional observations or recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of different cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including the ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to different job sites.
